Brembo brake shoes are designed to meet the specific braking requirements of the drum. The development process of the friction material and road tests is similar to the manufacturing of brake pads.
All Brembo brake shoes are also ECE-R90 certified in accordance with European law. The range, consisting of 400 brake shoes, covers 96% of cars and commercial vehicles on European roads.
Shoe kit
The shoes are available as individual parts (Standard kits) or pre-assembled (Kit&Fit). The Standard Kit contains all the separate components needed. The Kit & Fit components are pre-assembled and ready for installation, offering the utmost precision of installation in minimum time frames.
By opting for the Kit solution, the installer has everything necessary for a quick and efficient job in one pack, in addition to the safety level of a braking system that is guaranteed by the use of all new, rigorously tested components. The brake shoes are simple to install. All necessary parts are pre-assembled or available in the package.
